📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day management and publishing of social media content across Instagram, TikTok
• Maintain an organised content calendar covering ideas, production, approvals, publishing schedules
• Manage the full short-form content workflow, from ideation and briefing through editing, review
• Brief and coordinate video editors, set deadlines, review completed edits, and provide clear
• Review content against a high-quality standard covering hooks, pacing, captions, storytelling
• Develop and refine content ideas, scripts, hooks, headlines, captions, calls to action, recurring

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a founder, executive, creator
• Practical experience with short-form content, including video editing, scripting, copywriting
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, storytelling, pacing, audience behaviour, and what makes
• Experience using social media analytics tools and interpreting performance metrics to inform
• Experience managing high-volume content calendars and coordinating multiple content workflows and
• Experience briefing, managing, and reviewing the work of video editors, including handling revision
