📋 Description

• Lead client social media strategy, brand voice, content strategy, and community management
• Build and manage day-to-day client relationships
• Manage and mentor a team of Social Media Managers
• Translate campaign moments into social-first storytelling
• Ensure quality across content calendars, copy, publishing, and community management
• Optimize account operations including timelines, approvals, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of social media experience, preferably agency
• Strong affinity for gaming and gaming culture
• Experience with gaming, entertainment, or fandom communities preferred
• Understanding of gaming marketing ecosystem
• Familiarity with AAA gaming and console/PC landscape a plus
• Knowledge of gaming audience behavior on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit, Discord
