• Build recurring formats and programming

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social strategy, social media, audience development, digital publishing
• Deep knowledge of X and track record of growing or reshaping brand presence
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to write sharp copy
• Experience running active social channel in fast-moving environment
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with social performance data
• Ability to explain why content performed, not just report numbers
