📋 Description

• Lead Coinbase's global social support across Reddit, X, LinkedIn.
• Build and lead a high-performance social program across channels.
• Define crisis playbooks; manage data-breach and scam responses.
• Elevate real-time listening, triage, and resolution of issues.
• Partner with Fraud, Product, Trust & Safety, Eng to prevent issues.
• Oversee escalation workflows from AI to expert responders.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years leading social programs in tech/fintech/crypto.
• Proven track record managing high-volume social support with public visibility.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and influencing stakeholders.
• Partner with Comms/PR/Brand in crisis messaging.
• Deep understanding of AI + human support workflows.
• Data-driven, able to present insights to executives.
