Social Work Supervisor -LCSW

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise the Social Work, Participant Advocacy, and Behavioral Health teams.
• Ensure participant social, emotional, and advocacy needs guide care planning.
• Coach, guide, and manage direct reports to support team effectiveness.
• Oversee participant enrollment, advocacy, and complex social/family dynamics resolutions.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily work assignments for consistent service.
• Promote a culture of safety, dignity, belonging, and respect for participants and staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or equivalent; licensure as required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising social work teams.
• Knowledge of psychosocial, behavioral, and advocacy needs of frail older adults.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Current CPR/BLS or ability to obtain in 30 days; CA driver's license.
• Willingness to travel between work sites as needed.
