Software Architect

📋 Description

• Design scalable, secure backend systems for Netomi's core platform.
• Build and optimize low-latency apps for high-throughput workloads.
• Lead technical design discussions and define architecture best practices.
• Work with Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, AWS, Docker, and ECS.
• Own performance tuning, DB optimization, caching, and distributed design.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, DevOps, and QA to deliver reliable platform capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with backend/platform focus; strong Java and Spring Boot.
• Deep MySQL experience: schema design, indexing, query optimization, and transactions.
• Hands-on Redis for caching, rate limiting, queues, or low-latency data access.
• Strong AWS cloud experience, especially production deployments.
• Experience with Docker and containerized apps.
• Hands-on experience with AWS ECS or similar container orchestration platforms.
