🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years Java development; Hibernate and Spring Boot.
• 4+ years deploying large-scale production services on AWS, GCP, or similar.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, scalability, security, and OO principles.
• Experience with relational DBs like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Lead and mentor engineers; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience building systems to deploy reliable infra and product code at scale.
