🎯 Requirements

10+ years in software engineering with hands-on SaaS system design.
Strong track record designing distributed systems for scalability and security.
Experience defining architectural vision and guiding multiple teams.
Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS or equivalent) and patterns.
Excellent cross-team communication; explain complex concepts clearly.
Hands-on with spec-driven development and AI integration in lifecycle.
