📋 Description

• Manage the lifecycle of software licences and SaaS subscriptions, from request and purchase through
• Maintain accurate software inventory, entitlement and usage data in the company's software asset
• Monitor licence compliance, resolve discrepancies, support vendor audits and true-ups, and identify
• Handle software licence requests through the IT service desk within agreed service levels
• Assign user seats, support group-based provisioning and single sign-on, and help resolve access
• Track renewal dates and work with Procurement to begin renewals ahead of expiry.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• At least two years of experience in an IT-related environment, such as IT operations, service desk
• Enough technical understanding to work confidently with concepts such as Active Directory, single
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage several requests, renewals and
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and comfortable taking ownership with limited
