Software Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria in Agile.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and docs for developers.
• Maintain requirement traceability across the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with QA to define test plans and UAT.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of BA experience in software development.
• Proven ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with external clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Jira, YouTrack, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree; eligible to work in the U.S.
