📋 Description

• Design and develop custom applications and tools that solve real operational problems and
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations that handle real workflows and decision support
• Leverage direct SQL and ERP data to create real-time operational visibility and power tools
• Work directly with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and HR to translate
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code that supports fast iteration
• Implement APIs and integrations connecting internal software with factory-floor hardware

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 2-5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience building web applications
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL)
• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered tools, agents, or automations
• Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing operations, or business intelligence tools is a plus
