📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize integrations with third-party systems
• Design and develop API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, and API-key
• Manage integration challenges like pagination, rate limiting, authentication flows, and partial
• Design and improve data ingestion workflows
• Work with workflow orchestration for scheduling, retries, monitoring
• Improve data flow performance and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and shipping production software
• Professional experience with Python and/or Go is preferred
• Hands-on experience with third-party APIs, including REST/SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, API keys
• Experience building or supporting data pipelines and workflow orchestration
• Strong SQL skills
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, CRM, ERP, or comparable enterprise systems
