📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and manage our integration platforms
• Ensure scalable, reliable, and secure data flows across systems
• Design, build, and optimize workflows
• Manage connectors and APIs
• Provide ongoing support for integration performance
• Build native connections against HRIS, ATS, and payroll APIs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building and shipping production software with solid backend fundamentals
• Python and/or Go preferred
• Hands-on experience with integrations against third-party APIs: REST/SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, API-key
• Experience with data pipelines and orchestration: scheduling, retries, sequencing, monitoring
• Solid SQL and ability to reason about data models and transformations
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, CRM, or ERP systems and their data models
