Software Developer Manager

📋 Description

• Leads and develops a software development team through effective coaching, mentorship, performance
• Drives technical execution and delivery of software features and capabilities aligned with product
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Quality Assurance
• Ensures operational excellence and regulatory compliance for production systems by establishing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related technical field, or
• 7+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead
• Demonstrated track record leading delivery teams and improving throughput or cycle time.
• Experience leading combined development and QA teams within an Agile framework.
• Experience leading developers/QA through changes in working practices and establishing new ways of
• Proven ability to coach and develop developers, providing constructive feedback and supporting
