Software Development Engineer I

📋 Description

• Support and build software following industry-standard patterns and deployment models
• Solve complex problems with design, product development, and user experiences
• Collaborate with other developers, engineers and product managers throughout the development process
• Advance JavaScript skills; stay current with related languages, UI design, and databases
• Use JavaScript and TypeScript to develop front end applications
• Use Python to develop geoprocessing tools, services, and AI agents

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of JavaScript or TypeScript experience
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Strong foundation in object-oriented software principles
• Ability to analyze software/algorithms and identify improvements
• US citizenship and ability to maintain a US Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or STEM related field
