Software Development Engineer II, Developer Experience Architecture

📋 Description

• Build and ship developer tooling and templates to boost productivity.
• Contribute to Claude Code config, plugins, and MCP servers.
• Strengthen Auth service and identity using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC.
• Build and operate Java services on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Apply standards and guardrails; help product teams adopt them.
• Investigate and improve system reliability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on fullstack design and development, incl. 1+ year Java.
• Experience with client/server JS, including React, Node, Remix.
• Experience building web apps and cloud-native systems on AWS or similar.
• Exposure to OAuth2/OIDC or eagerness to learn.
• Experience using AI coding tools (assistants, MCP) on real engineering work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
