Software Development Engineer II - Frontend

📋 Description

• Build and ship high-quality commerce experiences, including storefronts, checkout, product
• Develop frontend experiences that can be embedded into other applications using approaches such as
• Own frontend performance budgets end to end, monitoring Core Web Vitals, bundle size, rendering
• Build installable and offline-tolerant progressive web applications using service workers
• Deliver accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA, including semantic markup, keyboard
• Support comprehensive internationalisation and localisation across languages, currencies, tax

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and operating production frontend applications, with strong
• Deep knowledge of Vue.js, including its reactivity model, component composition, rendering
• Strong frontend performance expertise, with hands-on experience using Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools
• Practical knowledge of service workers and caching strategies, including precaching, runtime
• Experience with client-side state management and local caching at scale, using TanStack Query or an
• Strong understanding of accessibility as part of the development process, including semantic HTML
