Software Development Engineer III

📋 Description

• Deliver against the pod's mission — own the full software delivery lifecycle including quality
• Operate in continuous flow (Kanban) — pull work, respect WIP limits, ship daily.
• Use AI agents as your primary delivery mechanism — code generation, testing, spec writing
• Design, build, and debug software across backend and frontend with distributed systems awareness.
• Evaluate and tune agent workflows — steering docs, prompts, rules, skills. You improve the tools
• Write clean, well-tested code and take ownership of quality end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in at least one of: Java/Spring Boot, Python, .NET, Go, or Angular, with the
• Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, including distributed systems, data structures, API
• Experience with clean code practices, TDD, CI/CD, and version control.
• Experience with application monitoring, observability, and production debugging.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools for code generation, pair programming, and
