Software Development Engineer III

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, from design and development to production and
• Work in a continuous-flow (Kanban) environment, managing WIP and delivering regularly.
• Use AI agents for coding, testing, documentation, specification, and deployment.
• Design, build, and debug applications across backend and frontend, with an understanding of
• Improve AI workflows by working with prompts, rules, skills, and documentation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while owning quality end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: Java/Spring Boot, Python, .NET, Go, or
• Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, including distributed systems, data structures, API
• Experience with clean code practices, TDD, CI/CD, and version control.
• Experience with application monitoring, observability, and production debugging.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools for code generation, pair programming, and
