🎯 Requirements

Understanding of modern quality engineering best practices.
Strong foundation in release management, automation frameworks, and CI/CD.
2+ years building multi-layer test automation (integration to E2E) with Python/C++/C#.
Experience with shift-left quality practices.
Hands-on performance, resilience, and security testing integrated into CI/CD and observability.
Experience building internal tools to boost testability and release integrity.
