📋 Description

• Implement strategies to improve release integrity via CI/CD automation and validation.
• Validate spatial algorithms, data accuracy, and system performance.
• Instrument quality health metrics and dashboards for visibility into stability and readiness.
• Develop internal tools to improve developer experience and enable faster shipping.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and product for system-level quality improvements.
• Use data and experimentation to refine quality focus and measure impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of modern quality engineering practices with pragmatic application.
• Strong foundation in release management, automation frameworks, and CI/CD systems.
• 2+ years building/test automation across layers (integration, end-to-end) in C++, C#, GDScript, Python.
• Experience with shift-left quality practices improving code quality and velocity.
• Hands-on experience with performance, resilience, and security testing integrated into CI/CD.
• API quality including contract validation and dependency testing.
