Software Development Engineer in Test III (SDET III)

📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers responsible for functional testing across Safe’s products
• Define testing strategy, build test infrastructure, and maintain environments for reliability and
• Champion AI-driven testing: AI-assisted test generation, self-healing maintenance, and analysis of
• Own deployment of services to production with quality gates and rollback plans
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to align test coverage with priorities
• Perform thorough code reviews to ensure quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related
• 5+ years in SDET with experience building/maintaining functional, API, and UI test automation
• Hands-on AI/LLMs across test lifecycle: AI-assisted test generation, automated/self-healing
• Experience standing up/testing infra and CI/CD in Docker/Kubernetes; owning deployment/release
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go (one or more)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
