Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

📋 Description

• Create, design, and develop automated testing, including regression scripts.
• Formulate detailed test plans; create test cases, scripts, data, results.
• Support CI/CD by aligning testing with a continuous release workflow.
• Work with developers to plan, test, and release high-quality features.
• Generate metrics to improve development practices.
• Identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of software development in test experience, including testing methodologies and short-release cycles
• 3+ years of software test automation experience with Selenium, JavaScript, Python, PostgreSQL
• 3+ years in regression and functional test planning, defect management, and automated testing
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
