📋 Description

• Lead and develop the engineering team: Manage, mentor, and coach software developers, fostering
• Own software delivery: Oversee delivery planning, sprint execution, release management, and
• Drive technical strategy and architecture: Make architectural decisions, establish engineering
• Contribute hands-on to development: Write and review production code across backend and frontend

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience: At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience developing
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical
• Cloud infrastructure: Practical experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and
• Containerization and orchestration: Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Backend and frontend development: Experience with .NET or Node.js for backend development and React
• Software architecture: Strong understanding of API-first design, scalable application architecture
