Software Development Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching
• Establish and drive effective Agile development practices, delivery standards, and engineering
• Partner with Product, Operations, and business stakeholders to understand priorities, translate
• Participate actively in software architecture and technical design decisions, helping shape
• Contribute directly to software development and technical problem-solving when needed, maintaining
• Ensure applications and services meet appropriate standards for code quality, performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong foundation in designing
• At least 2 years of people management experience, including experience leading, mentoring
• Strong hands-on coding experience with Java, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience building and supporting cloud-based applications and modern software
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, scalable distributed systems, and related architectural
• Experience leading Agile software development teams and applying Agile principles to planning
