Software Development Manager

📋 Description

• Support the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software
• Manage a newly formed Resolution Release Team, focusing on build, integration, and deployment
• Lead the strategy to migrate common functions to a common infrastructure for all products
• Lead release prioritization, planning, coordination, and communication with Resolution Operations
• Participate in daily standup meetings, grooming, and planning sessions
• Take ownership of features from design to delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in software development
• 2+ years team management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong foundation in managing, mentoring and developing a high-performance team
• Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, operating systems
• Experience in behavior-driven testing frameworks such as Python Behave or Cucumber
