📋 Description

• Manage a team of platform engineers, delivering the agentic SDLC platform.
• Partner with leadership to scope, plan, and deliver infrastructure powering autonomous agents.
• Lead, mentor, and grow developers in agent frameworks and platform engineering.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and support the team to achieve goals.
• Champion CI/CD, containerized environments, observability, and agent orchestration.
• Provide visibility into team impact, progress, and risks to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software development management leading platform, DevEx, or infrastructure teams.
• Strong foundation in developer tooling, CI/CD, containerization, and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated experience in technical design, problem-solving, and project management.
• Passion for hiring, coaching, and developing diverse platform engineering teams.
• Familiarity with LLM agent frameworks, MCP tooling, or agentic coding infra.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
