Software Development Manager, AI Builder Tools

📋 Description

• Manage a team of platform engineers on the agentic SDLC platform.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver infra powering autonomous coding agents.
• Lead, mentor, and grow developers in agent frameworks and platform tooling.
• Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support team goals.
• Champion CI/CD, containerization, observability, and agent orchestration.
• Provide visibility into impact, progress, and risks to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of SDM experience leading platform, DevEx, or infrastructure teams.
• Strong technical foundation in developer tooling, CI/CD, containerization, and distributed systems.
• Experience in technical design, problem-solving, and project management.
• Passion for hiring, coaching, and developing diverse platform engineering teams.
• Familiarity with LLM agent frameworks, MCP tooling, or agentic coding infrastructure.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
