• Lead and coach development team leaders to meet budgets, schedules, quality.
• Provide updates on delivery progress, resourcing and risks.
• Coordinate offshore team workloads with offshore Development Manager.
• Drive continuous improvement using AI tools per guidelines.
• Ensure development follows methodologies and security policies.
• Collaborate with Product, Analysis, Testing, Support and Security.

• Proven experience leading software dev teams and performance mgmt.
• SDLC across legacy and new product development; public sector.
• Capacity planning, release management and decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
• Strong security practices in application development.
• Desirable: Revenues & Benefits domain experience; data migration.
