• 8+ years' software development management experience.
• 4+ years of project management or scrum mastery.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 4+ years’ experience with Java, JavaScript, React, or jQuery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.
