📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of developers, coaching each person on technical and professional skills
• Build alongside the team by reviewing architecture, pairing, and shipping
• Own Activation as an outcome with partners in product, design, and data, and change course when
• Bring a point of view to AI-driven onboarding direction, from framing the problem to what to build
• Shape how the team ships with small weekly releases, instrumentation, and experiments
• Champion pragmatic, responsible AI adoption by trying every tool, pushing on it, and learning how

🎯 Requirements

• Started out as a hands-on software developer and have grown into leading a development team as a
• Still write and review code, comfortable weighing architectural tradeoffs and guiding technical
• Worked on a growth or product-led growth team and owned an outcome like activation or conversion
• Taken an AI product from idea to customers and on to revenue, owning it end to end
• Know what good instrumentation looks like and have run experiments properly, including calling it
• Love coaching and can share examples of helping people on the team grow
