• 3+ years engineering management; lead senior engineers and multiple teams.
• Experience coaching engineers at all levels, from Junior to Staff.
• Strong architectural depth; coach on best practices; articulate tradeoffs.
• SaaS industry experience; balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Partner with Product and Design in a triad; translate work to customer impact.
• Navigate ambiguity; drive change; build empowered, accountable teams in insurance/AI.
