Software Development | QA Architect

📋 Description

• The QA Architect is the technical owner of the QA Test Center offering.
• Define and evolve the QA strategy with QA Manager; govern tooling, automation, and AI adoption.
• Deploy and manage tooling for test management, automation, CI/CD, and dashboards.
• Translate offering drafts into documented technical value propositions for go-to-market.
• Support sales with client meetings and technically defend proposed setups.
• Assess client QA setups and adapt tools/processes to client contexts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years QA/Testing experience; prior technical architecture/leadership role.
• Proven end-to-end test automation strategy experience.
• QA governance, processes, metrics, reporting expertise.
• Client-facing with ability to present technically and adapt solutions.
• Experience with test automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium or equivalents.
• Test management tools: Azure DevOps, Xray, TestRail, qTest or equivalents.
