🎯 Requirements

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
10+ years of Java design and development for enterprise-scale web apps
2+ years in technical leadership, team lead, or mentorship
Proven experience as Software Architect or Tech Lead with enterprise web apps
Advanced expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring (Boot/Data/Security), Hibernate, relational databases
Proficiency with Git, Maven/Gradle, automated testing (JUnit/Mockito), CI/CD, containers
