📋 Description

• Own end-to-end engineering problems within your scope.
• Ship weekly loops with clear results each cycle.
• Build full-stack across TypeScript/Node.js, Postgres, NATS, Redis; UI in React/React Native.
• Use AI tooling daily (Claude Code, Cursor) and review before production.
• Improve systems with code quality, tests, and maintainability.
• Get context from problem owners early and keep stakeholders informed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building production software with product-engineer focus.
• Full-stack work: TypeScript/Node.js and React; open to multi-domain work.
• Active use of AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor) in daily dev.
• Ask hard scope questions early and communicate proactively.
• Systems-aware: write robust code for load and scale.
