📋 Description

• Design backend services powering search, remediation, and quarantine for multi-tenant email.
• Scope, develop, and deliver features end-to-end with Tech Lead and PM.
• Own reliability of systems, including tests, observability, production readiness.
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Contribute to API design for customer-facing REST endpoints.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering bar through code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years backend development and distributed systems
• Experience building features from scratch and operating in production
• Experience with distributed teams and asynchronous communication
• Experience improving service reliability, resiliency, observability
• Strong fundamentals in CS, data structures, and system design
