Software Engineer 2 - Product Feature

📋 Description

• Work with the Tech Lead, Eng Manager, and Product Manager to deliver features.
• Mentor junior team members on the Product Features team.
• Own reliability of features with unit and integration tests.
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Communicate asynchronously with the team; show initiative and ownership.
• Raise engineering excellence and share knowledge within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years backend engineering with distributed systems (Python, Golang).
• End-to-end platform ownership; design and delivery at scale.
• Low-latency, high-throughput systems; SQL/NoSQL; monitoring and incident response.
• Architectural thinking; design docs; cross-team technical direction.
• Growth mindset; increasing impact and ownership.
• Nice to have: Python, Go, AWS, K8s, Django, Spark, Prometheus experience.
