Software Engineer 3

📋 Description

• Build and maintain agent skills and infra to validate and publish them
• Design evaluation datasets and workflows comparing agent behavior to a baseline
• Build agent metrics and observability: routing, outcomes, calls, latency, tokens
• Design safety/quality gates for agent content: rule packs and thresholds
• Create CLIs, libraries, and MCP integrations for local development and CI
• Integrate tooling with GitHub Actions and CI workflows (secrets, exit codes)

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building production software, developer tools, or automation
• Software engineering fundamentals: API design, testing, error handling, maintainability
• Experience building CLIs, libraries, test infra, and CI/CD
• Ability to design systems usable by developers and reliable in automation
• Reasoning about correctness and safety with ambiguous or nondeterministic input
• Comfort with evolving R&D environments and abstractions
