Build Atlas Migration Services and tooling, including data movement and disaster recovery features.
Work closely with product, design, and engineers to build features.
Uphold engineering best practices and drive a culture of quality.
Mentor and contribute to the growth of team members.
Solve difficult technical problems in a distributed environment.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of backend systems experience.
Proficient in a compiled language (Java, C#, Go, C++ etc).
Solid understanding of distributed systems and API design.
Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in data streaming, replication, database systems, scalability, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
