Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Co-found and shape the AI engineering team in NiCE Netherlands
• Train and fine-tune LLMs and ML/DL models for compliance
• Architect training pipelines integrated with data capture platforms
• Optimize inference pipelines for cost-efficient AI at scale
• Evaluate AI techniques (RAG, agents, distillation) and deploy them
• Own end-to-end explainability and auditability; produce model cards

🎯 Requirements

• MSc/PhD in CS/AI or equivalent experience
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
• Experience training/fine-tuning LLMs or SLMs
• Strong NLP foundations; familiarity with financial/regulatory text a plus
• Experience with ML infra: training pipelines, GPU clusters, MLOps
• Pragmatic mindset; push models into production, not just notebooks
