• Develop engineering judgment to distinguish solid from shaky solutions, including AI code.
• Product mindset focused on user outcomes.
• Interest in modern AI development tools and verifying what you ship.
• Comfortable coding in a modern language plus eagerness to learn Elixir and Phoenix.
• Strong fundamentals in testing, version control, and code reviews.
