Lead and mentor software and AI engineers
Perform detailed code reviews, including prompts and agent logic
Develop AI-native software and technical specifications
Build evaluation harnesses for AI features (accuracy, regression, hallucination)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements
Monitor model performance and drift in production

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of practical Java experience
1-2 years experience with prompt engineering and agent scripting
Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript
Experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector DBs
Experience with managed AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
