Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end - design, build, ship, and operate in production
• Contribute to architecture decisions in AI/agent and core coach systems
• Write high-quality, well-tested, observable code; do reviews and pairing
• Treat privacy, security, and health data handling seriously
• Break ambiguous problems into shippable work with pragmatism
• Partner with product, design, and Data to turn requirements into software

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field
• Strong engineering skills with end-to-end ownership of features and backends
• Experience operating what you build: testing, deployment, and observability
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to ship from rough problems
• Clear communication and ability to work across product, design, and engineering
• Able to work from our San Francisco office a minimum of 2 days per week
