🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of hands-on software engineering experience (internships/co-ops considered)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a highly ranked university
• Proficiency in Java or Python
• Experience with AI tools like Claude; knowledge of RAG
• Backend or full-stack experience; GitHub or StackOverflow contributions
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, and CI/CD
