Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in CS/IS/Systems Eng, or Master's with 3+ yrs.
5 years' exp in Java/Spring Boot designing modular monoliths.
Spring Data JPA, Spring Web, Spring Security, and transactions.
RESTful APIs with JWT-based auth and OAuth2.
Frontend with React Router, hooks, and state management.
Liquibase migrations; PostgreSQL, test frameworks (JUnit/Mockito/Cypress).
