Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Maintain Kubernetes infrastructure and in-cluster services for Anaplan SaaS.
• Participate in on-call rotations; respond to incidents; perform maintenance.
• Ensure platform security, resilience, and performance of prod environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues; contribute to incident and problem management processes.
• Collaborate with development teams on Kubernetes and infra requests.
• Develop and improve automation for reliability using IaC and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, math, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production; strong ops and incident management experience.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
• Observability with Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
• IaC tooling like Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
• Linux system administration; on-call readiness and troubleshooting.
