Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software features with increasing independence
• Write clean, well-structured, and thoroughly tested code that meets team standards
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate peer feedback
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to translate requirements
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and maintain operational health of systems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns, OO/FP
• Proficiency in at least one language; willingness to learn more
• Experience writing unit and integration tests; TDD/TTDD
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding APIs, services, databases, and modern design
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
