📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with different teams (Operations, Marketing, Tech, Customer Support…) to deeply
• Design, prototype, and build internal tools or MVPs that optimize processes or enhance customer
• Build & Automate: Use your development skills to build services, automate tasks, integrate with
• Identify opportunities, pitch and test ideas fast, and evolve solutions based on real user feedback

🎯 Requirements

• You have a foundation in backend or fullstack development. You don't need to know every technology
• A technical background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related
• A genuine passion for solving real-world problems whether they’re internal inefficiencies or user
• Curiosity and initiative: you don’t wait to be told what to build, you explore, ask questions, and
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments, priorities change fast here, and we need people
• A willingness to fail fast, learn quickly, and improve constantly. You’re not afraid to experiment
