Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and own core Dashboard infra, shell, navigation, and shared components.
• Design and implement full-stack product experiences across frontend and backend.
• Modernize the Dashboard into a fast, cohesive control plane for developers.
• Build AI-native experiences to help users configure products and debug.
• Collaborate with design, product, backend, and platform teams to ship value weekly.
• Work across product areas including Email, Calendar, Scheduler, Notetaker, Inbound, Agent Accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building user-facing software.
• Strong full-stack skills with React, TypeScript, and component-driven architecture.
• Backend APIs, data models, and services powering product experiences.
• Product mindset focused on usability, performance, and developer experience.
• Experience building developer-facing or B2B SaaS products.
• Systems thinking with reusable abstractions and clean APIs.
• Comfortable with ambiguous product areas; pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows.
