📋 Description

• Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform
• Develop autonomous agents that talk to sensitive enterprise data
• Write minimal code for low-resource environments with strict deployment
• Security/privacy-first approach; re-invent wheels when needed
• Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models
• Work across frontend, backend, and AI-powered systems

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least two years' experience
• Shipped fullstack code (Python & React) in production
• Excel in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Have worked in both large enterprises and startups
• Strong coding across the stack
• Can read/understand issues outside main codebase
• Built and deployed high-performance RAG/agentic apps to millions
• Bonus: art/design minded; portfolio or GitHub helps
